Morris Heights is that small piece of Morrisville north of Trenton Avenue, between Pennsylvania Avenue and the northern end of Crown Street. This is a very pretty neighborhood and slightly unique in its location north of Trenton Avenue. It is also unique because of the historic events that took place here. The large rock called "Grey Stone" at the top of Crown Street, marks the starting point of the "Walking Purchase", negotiated between William Penn and the Indians. The architectural diversities here range from modest bungalow style homes, to formal colonials, to elegant Tudors   
At the corner of Crown Street and Highland Avenue there is a plaque commemorating the historical events that took place here.
